We took this apart and recapped all electrolytic caps on all boards with new high quality Nichicon caps as well as upgraded Wima Film caps for any value 4.7uf or smaller for sonic improvement. We replaced the belt just prior to this listing. Cleaned inside and out, in overall very good cosmetic condition with a a few mild scratches but not dents or other damage. All functions have been fully tested and this works exactly as it should. We do not have the remote.

Technics SL-MC400 110+1 CD Player/Changer *No Remote* Working Great - Belt replaced and a spare included. The belt is actually really easy to replace. Take the broken one off or wipe down the mechanism. Stretch the new belt on and leave it placed on the groves cut out for the belt. Afterwards push rack all the way to locked position, then power off and one. It will come back to life if needed. This repair has already been done to this machine and it’s working just fine now
