Technics SL-MC400 CD Changer 1-110 W/ Remote and Extra Replacement Belt The belt that commonly wears out on this cd changer has been replaced and a spare is included. The belt is actually really easy to replace (google to find YouTube video). Take the broken one off or wipe down the mechanism. Stretch the new belt on and leave it placed on the groves cut out for the belt. Afterwards push rack all the way to locked position, then power off and one. It will come back to life if needed. This repair has already been done to this machine and it’s working just fine now

I have thoroughly tested the unit. Works great! It wasnt working, but I did a simple belt replacement and got it up and working. Does have a new belt.
