The cartridge needs a new stylus as the canilever got bent when I was just packing it unfortunately Please note there seems to be issues with the arm lift/auto return/start part of the turntable. It may well be an easy fix. What I would do personally if I was keeping it is find the circuit path for all that auto stuff and cut it so you just have manual operation much like the SL-1210 mk2. Im personally not a fan of all that gimmick stuff on turntables but up to you. 07743545127
