When you turn it on it shows some error message (third pic from the end) - basically its complaining that there isnt a CD deck, but it doesnt effect the system at all, and goes away as soon as you press any button. MiniDisc player seems to be particular about which discs it will/wont play - either spits them out after a few seconds or plays them without any trouble (either that or my discs are getting old!). Cassette deck is nice and clear, no wobbles or muffles (and the cassettes are very, very old!). Very heavy, so putting this listing out there COLLECTION ONLY as its not just send via a courier but you have to box it all and bubble wrap it all and trust some idiot not to drop it or leave it out in the rain. Only selling due to having a clear out and making some space in my small office! No cables included except for the ribbon cables in the pics
