The main contents are as follows. This was carried out based on the manufacturers service manual. (Even though it is called inspection and maintenance, the details of the work will differ depending on the person, so I will write it down.) ?Internal cleaning/dust removal ?Cleaning and polishing of phone jack ?Tube fuse terminal polishing ?Polish and clean the RCA terminals ?Cleaning and correction of the solder surface of the board ?Clean the parts surface with IPA ?Repaint the block electrolytic capacitor holding metal fittings ?Replacement of deteriorated parts ?Voltage switching relay and two protection relays were disassembled and cleaned, and contact resistance was measured. ?Remove and reapply silicone grease on final stage devices ?All front switch buttons were disassembled, cleaned, and sterilized. ?Cleaning of large meters and anti-static treatment ?Level adjustment of the large power meter that is a feature ?Check B voltage, adjust DC balance, idling, clamp voltage, etc. -The case had some scratches, so it has been repainted. The following points differ from the original. ?Change the four indicator bulbs on the front to LEDs (limited_power,protection,main,remote) - Change the power meter lighting bulb to LED. There is no dimness that is common with this model. I dont think there is any need to worry about it running out any time soon. - The meter display is clear and easy to read because the LED illumination angle is taken into account. ?The meter does not turn off even when limited is selected. (In the original, the meter illumination is turned off.) - Replace deteriorated speaker terminals with new ones. Replaced with a type that can use banana plugs. (Photo 9) ?Remove the deteriorated AC cable. I am replacing it with a new one. (Tracking prevention plug) (Photo 10) In order to objectively judge the performance, we measured it with an analyzer. (VP-7723B) ??Maximum output....(166W into 1kHz) ??Distortion rate..........(0.0038% into,100W,1kHz) ??SN ratio...(117dB IHF-A) ??Residual noise..(0.027mV) As for the usability...(its subjective) ?It is working normally. In short, its energetic and has high quality sound. ?You can feel the transparency in the mid-high range, and the sound quality is sharp. -Equipped with 2 speaker output systems, selectable with front SW. ?While non-return is popular, NFB and PFB are used skillfully, allowing you to hear a total sound quality with a high degree of perfection. Vintage from about 43 years ago. Although I have carefully cleaned it, there are scratches, dirt, rust, etc. There are some scratches and dirt that cannot be captured in photos. A good amp requires a good source and good speakers to match its performance.
