Playing high quality tapes on these ie chrome or preferably metal, gives a superb sound even to this day and that’s why these machines are being sought after still. Let alone being used as karaoke machines, of course! It has recently been serviced with new belts fitted where applicable, checked and is in full working order. The last one of these we saw available in a 240v version, sold a year or so back for around £400 and that was a pretty scruffy machine whereas this one is in very good clean condition, with just a few age related marks.
