Barely a mark on it - only the lightest of wear and definitely one of the best examples left out there today in my opinion. Details: Tested and all working well. This is a fantastic machine with great features and fantastic sound quality. Heads and pinch rollers cleaned plus relubricated where needed. Detailed clean inside and out. Technics RS-BX606 Direct Drive, 3 Head Vintage Cassette Deck Class AA. A good quality, high spec deck in very good condition for its 30 years of age. It’s direct drive so no belts required and 3 heads so you can listen to the recording as it’s being made. I don’t have any cassettes to test it with but it plays a head cleaner tape and fast forwards and rewinds fine. It took a few attempts to play the tape (probably due to lack of use) and the tape selector was clicking, but has settled down now. It hasn’t been used for over 15 years so will probably sound best with a service so sold as spares. It will be packed with great care.
