Sollte ein Ersatzteil einmal nicht in Ordnung sein, bitten wir darum, das weitere Vorgehen mit uns abzustimmen - ohne das Teil zu zerlegen, zu öffnen oder ähnliches. Eine Rücknahme im Sinne des Widerrufsrechts erfolgt nur bei unbeschädigten Siegeln.
