I bought this unit with some others from the same era about 3 years ago. When I finally got around to checking it out, it wouldnt open the tape door with the Eject button. I havent been able to put a tape in it to test. The Multi Display will toggle with the mode button so I assume the internal computer is up and running. It wont play a tape without a tape in it - and I cant open the door. Could be a great candidate or restoration. I really wanted this one to work. It has DBX and Dolby options, awesome tape head, cool features. Very high end 80s. Look at photos carefully. Itll be a 16 lb. package at minimum. No gouging on shipping - promise.
