Samples from this large collection were pre-tested with the Nakamichi cassette player and these cassettes sound great. Please consider these are Type IV metal cassettes and you will need a proper cassette player that can support them if you expect to actually use them. Also consider their age, although they were well taken care of, there are some unavoidable things that come with cassette tapes and vintage gear from age. I tried to capture as many scratches as possible. These do have light scratches on the cassette tapes themselves, so please review the photos. As a service to our customers, these cassette tapes for sale were pre-erased with a bulk tape eraser, although there may be still some light artifacts. This service will give the customer a better recording experience. In addition, these cassettes also had their film re-stacked from one side of the cassette tape to the other to ensure the tape is stacked smoothly for the best possible storage results. See picture five for the perfectly stacked film. Includes exactly what you see in the photos, the tape, a brand new crystal clear cassette shell, for storage, and an original single set of stickers. I played it and it sounds great. Comes with handwritten insert and note from a tape collector who sent it as a gift.

Another Slugmonkey Auction Presented here is a vintage TDK MA-XG90 Type IV 90 Minute Metal Cassette Tape marking ABFC804. This is already recorded on so it is in used but Excellent Condition. This was stored indoors, and with the tape wound onto one side. The original card was tossed and instead used paper with the artist/songs written on it (Frank Sinatra). I believe the case is the original as it does have the TDK marking in the plastic.
