Das Lager dieser Art ist in folgenden Laufwerken einsetzbar: TD 2001 / 3001 / 320 (ab MK II mit passender Bohrung des Subchasisbrettes)/ Phonosophie No. 3. Die Voraussetzung für den Einbau ist eine Bohrung von 2.8 cm. Bei einer vergrößerten Bohrung auf 2.8 cm kann das Lager ebenfalls beim TD 520/521/320 MKI sowie bei anderen Thorens Laufwerken der 90 Jahre eingesetzt werden, die mit der 10mm Achse ausgestattet waren. Für den S-Teller ist der Lagerspiegel zu weich. Das Lager ist mechanisch identisch mit dem Lager des TD 520/521/320. Lediglich der ab Werk verpresste Lagerflansch macht hier den Unterschied aus. Die Messinghülse sowie die Tiefe war bei allen oben genannten Laufwerken gleich (es kam die gleiche Achse zum Einsatz). Der Lagerflansch ist identisch mit dem Flansch eines TD 2001 der 2.
