Sony TC-WE475 Dual Cassette Tape Deck Recorder For parts or repair READ DESC Very clean Sony dual tape deck that I believe needs new belts. Both A & B decks play and sound great. However, the FF and RW do not work on either one. I looked up the issue on YouTube, and it appears it most likely just needs new belts, which are about $10 on Amazon and relatively simple to replace. I did not test my of the recording functions. So, with the issues FF/RW issue. I am selling the unit as-is for parts or repair and if it doesnt sell, I will order and install the belts on my own, but will also rais the price by $25 to $35. I did not test the record function. The fast forward / rewind function on deck A was not working. Fast forward and rewind worked on deck B. Display was clear and bright. This unit powers on and all buttons seem to work. I’m not able to fully test, but I did try to start it in test mode and play a cassette and when I hit play it would be about 2 seconds and stop. That happened on both decks.
