This is a SANKO M09Z12U20-5 cassette motor from a Tascam CC-222 MK IV deck. It is a 12V DC, CCW motor in good working condition. I believe it fits all of the 222 decks as well as some of the other Tascam cassette products. Cassette deck in working order all the same. Cassette plays great as well as cd player. My father who is a musician did a test with some very old cassettes he had and he said it worked like a charm.
