I am selling my Meridian G68 XXD AV PreAmp/Processor. I bought it used and owned it for two years. In February 2024 I replaced the capacitors on the Motherboard, GOEA board, and tuner board, and replaced the power supply (XP ECM60UT31). I tested it in my system, and it works great, the only reason I am selling is that I recently bought a Meridian G65. This AV PreAmp/Processor accepts 5.1 channels of input, but can output 7.1 channels by generating two additional channels for side speakers. It is a very versatile unit having 8 balanced (XLR) analogue outputs plus digital SPDIF outputs for Meridian DSP (non-Speakerlink) speakers. I used it in a mixed speaker system of analog speakers combined with Meridian DSP speakers. To drive analog speakers this does require a multi-channel power amp (not included in this sale). It has the latest firmware (v 1.5) and comes in the original box with many of the original accessories including:MSR+ remote, silver (no batteries)RS232 serial connector cableCOMS cableInstallation manualConfiguration program manualInstallation CDAntennae (FM + AM)Meridian bag.
