I have taken excellent care of these speakers, and theyve received no additional blemishes since Ive received them. The blemishes are really hard to notice unless youre right next to the speakers and looking for them. Ill leave it to you to make the call between amazing sound versus some blemishes that youll rarely notice after installation. Ive included pictures of both in the auction because I intend for them to be sold as a pair, but each one would have its own tracking number. Theyre sound quality is great for home theaters. Theyre designed so that they can fit into spaces where larger towers might not, as you can see from SVSs website. Theyre also good for music. There is a good midbass punch to these speakers, especially depending on room placement and amplification. Since they have such solid midbass and decent bass in general, if you have a good amplifier, you might be able to get away without using an external subwoofer. They go low enough for most music. Im letting them go because Ive been lucky enough to be able to purchase much more expensive speakers to replace them (Genelec 8341a at $6K/pair).
