Bob Carver Sunfiire MK II Subwoofer. The actual wood part of the sub measures 13X13 inches and the actual sub measures 12 inches across and 12inches from top to bottom. In really good shape, there is some scratches which are all shown in the pictures but overall is in really good condition. Please message me with any offers or questions. The subwoofer works just fine but does have a hum when plugged in.. I bought this 3 months ago to fill in for my JL audio Fathom which was being serviced.. from the ad .. This looked in very good cosmetic condition and advertised as works great .. did not mention a hum.. the seller actually brought it to me because he had no way to demo it.. when he arrived.. popped open his trunk .. I saw a subwoofer with a good amount of scuffs and nicks .. he said he dropped it while loading it .. I knew I was not going to pay his asking price which was $600.. I knew I could make it look better by painting it.. plus It was going to be put in an area where it was hardly noticeable.. so we brought it in , hooked it up and heard the hum.. turned it off.. disconnected the coax and turned it back on and still heard the hum.. not real loud but certainly loud enough to hear it.. I decided to give it a try anyway and it definitely worked very well.. I was truly shocked by its performance.. I did not hear the hum.. so I figured Id make an offer and have it repaired or just live with it .. I paid $385.. I got used to the hum that i heard before I put on a movie and once all speakers were powered up and didnt hear it anyway..so I decided to let it be..not to put anymore money imto it . And just sell it once I no longer needed it.. I don't know a lot about this model of subwoofer but I know it's pretty nice.
