This is a used, very well-cared-for, one owner Sunfire Theater Grand Amplifier (TGA7400). It is cosmetically in excellent condition and fully operational. This is a monster 7-channel, providing 400W per channel power amp into 8-ohm speakers and 800W into 4-ohm speakers, which was never short of power driving a 7-channel home theater system. Itincludes RCA and XLR balanced inputs and both voltage-source and current-sourceoutputs for the front left and front right speakers. It also has auto-on signalsensing as well as 12 VDC triggers.The bigbreakthrough is the uncanny tracking downconverter, which uses 18 Herculean Mosfets. Up for sale is a very nice Bob Carver designed Gunfire Theater Grand Processor (Controller/Preamplifier). Originally listing for over $3000, this five channel AV processor was absolutely state of the art when introduced. It is still a favorite of audiophile looking for simple five channel sound or great two channel stereo (with sub) output). As a bonus to you vinyl junkies out there, this unit has a superb PHONO section. This unit is from the estate of the original owner. It does show minor signs of use, most notably a few scuffs on the top, but in general it is in excellent condition for its age. Two of the four rubber feet have been replaced. Please look carefully at all pictures and judge for yourself. I have cleaned this unit and reset it to factory settings.
