JBL 4305P Studio Monitor Powered Bookshelf Speakers - Black Walnut - Excellent Like New Condition. Only 3 months old, run at moderate levels. Comes with all original packaging and parts as you would purchase new. I was blown away when i first heard them, the mid-bass is ridiculously good but in no way muddies the midrange. Also ran the sub out which isnt really necessary unless you like really deep bass. Has a 80Hz. high pass filter to take the load off the mid-woofer. The new Teonex compression driver is very sweet sounding without a hint of harshness. I would say the are mostly neutral slightly on the warm side. I had the grills off once when they were new just to check the drivers. Theres no need to have them removed as the horn is in the open, unless you like that JBL signature blue. Ran them via Airplay and direct via optical. Never had the slightest connectivity issue. Very well made. There is a separate power amp and DAC for each driver! mid bass and tweeter per speaker. Bult in DSP for the Bass frequency. I have a 15X16 family room and easily command the room. These are not your typical desk top powered speakers, they have audiophile qualities.
