Super nice Sony STR Dh800 receiver. This item is used but in good condition. It comes with the original remote and manual. The interior of the stereo seems to be pretty dusty, but it still powers on and does what it’s supposed to.

Full Surround Sound System. I am selling my surround system, it consists of a Sony STR-DH800 Multi Channel AV Receiver, and a 5.1 Canton CX speaker system including 5 speakers and subwoofer. The system has a potential small fault; when first powered on for about 5/10 minutes the speakers pop/crack intermittently, like every 1-2 minutes, after that warm-up period they dont do it again and the system works perfectly well. I havent done much in the way of troubleshooting, but decided now was a good time to declutter and tidy up a bit, so have removed this from use. It may well have been a speaker cable short, or something else benign but selling it with the issue listed so buyer is aware. Also I have the remote, but have lost the backing plate. I have a universal remote that I have used with this. Please Note: Only includes the hardwired power cable for both amp and sub. All other speaker cables etc. will be required for your own personal setup. Please Note: This is collection only due to size/weight.

Sony STR-DH800 7.1 Channel Home Theater A/V Receiver with Remote & Manuals. Unit is in near mint condition. Tested working. Comes with remote and manuals. Comes with everything in photos, but you will have to provide your own FM and AM antenna.

Sony AV Amplifier STR-DH800. Used working condition No remote control Tested with a blu ray player and tv, both connected to Sony unit via HDMI port. Blu Ray player using one of the HDMI inputs and the TV using the HDMI output. Connected speakers to A and B channels and Center speaker terminal and another pair of speakers to Surround sound connectors. Sound is coming out of all speakers, sound is good. Also tested with a CD player, again all speakers have sound coming out of them, sound is good. Have attached a basis aerial to test the internal tuner. Have picked up a couple of stations but the reception with my aerial and in this area are not brilliant sound would improved in a better reception area with a stronger aerial. Speakers, blu ray player and tv only for demonstration purposes and are not included in this listing Some small knocks and marks to top front edge, front of unit has some light scuffs and marks, display is good.
