vintage sony STR S5L silver receiver hifi amplifier. Stunning receiver which sounds fantastic ! Excellent working order throughout Early 80s model One of the higher end Sony receivers at that time. This is evident with the ‘digital tuning’ feature which is cool, as well as the preset sound module switches and volume rocker switch - all concepts which very very modern at the time. But at the same time the unit keeps the fabulous build quality and top notch components similar to other high quality receivers of the late 70s. The unit has plenty of power and lots of nice features. It looks really cool - especially with the fold down panel at the bottom revealing a host of extra controls. Quite a rare beast. Thanks
