They have both been previously used and the plaster/covering from the install has has been removed. Check out all the pictures they are of the actual item and form a large part of the description and show the condition well. Bought these with the idea I would install them, never going to happen! They are for in wall fitting then being covered (light plaster, wall paper etc) for a invisible finish!
