For sale STAX SR-009 with Dust Cover and STAX StandThis set of head phones is in excellent like new condition. I honestly can say it has no more than 80 hours of use. I had GAS (gear acquisition syndrome) and bought a Blue Hawaii Special Edition amp with some SR-L700 STAX Headphones with other amps and headphones when I got the bug hot and heavy into my high end audio journey about 4 years ago. I bought these with shortly after I bought the BHSE and only used these I found I am more of a bass head and favor much more rock than classical listening. Although these STAX have superb detail and decent bass, but for my listening tastes I wanted more bass, I found myself listening to my solid state amps and planar and dynamic headphones more. These have been virtually unused and protected from dust just looking pretty. From Non-smoking home and an obsessive compulsive wife who cleans continuously, so seriously, has been kept immaculate in my office. I cant justify keeping as I just dont listen to it.Priced to move.
