In excellent working condition, this Threshold Monoblock amp looks and sounds superb. It has a few very light cosmetic blemishes, as youd expect with age, but overall it presents very nicely. In terms of the sound quality, it is difficult to put into words how good this amp sounds, and the ways in which it excels. It has a very rich overall sound that is irresistible- sweet and delicate on the highs (you can hear every detail, but with NO harshness EVER), the mids are punchy and airy (very accurate and resolute, but SWEET on the ears!), and the bass is tight yet deep, powerful without being muddy or boomy. This amp has a way of creating the experience of massive SPACE in the sound, like there is somehow room for everything in the mix, like there is AIR in between each instrument, so that you can hear all the details of the music.
