This Stanton 680EE cartridge was purchased at an estate sale a couple years back with some others. I used a Fluke 1587 meter (briefly) and got a reading of 1.220k ohms on each channel. Because I have no other way to test this, I am selling it as Parts only. The Stylus appears new, but no guarantee. Check my auction for a Stanton 881S phono cartridge

Stanton 680EE professional cartridge (introduced in 1976) for deejays, radio stations and audiophile listeners. Extra sturdy build for constant use, and still very popular because of this. Measurements are very balanced: 1198 and 1199 ohm. With Pickering D150 stylus, and the handy Dustomatic brush, found on all needles for the 680EE. The stylus is in used condition, but youre obviously buying this mainly for the Stanton cartridge. Replacement needles of many types can be easily found; basically every stylus for the Stanton 680 and 681 cartridges, and for the Pickering XV15, should fit. A quick search on the internet will show you a lot of information, and many enthusiastic reviews. Local pick-up in the centre of Ghent, shipping within Belgium from €7.50, in the EU from €15.

This is a new old stock R8250D Stanton Original Diamond Stylus for Stanton Stylus Model D680 and Cartridge 680EE. There are two but both are comparable in quality. Please refer to photos. (Weve been told that the silver dot on the stylus marks it as conical, not elliptical) A very high fidelity stylus, the D680 features a highly polished special ?elliptical? diamond with 8 × 18 µm (.0003 × .0007 inch) tracing radii. Bonded to a custom aluminum alloy cantilever, the D680 distinguishes with precision tracing of record grooves and very accurate reproduction of voice and music. Stanton 680EE Phono Cartridge With Genuine Stanton EEE III stylus. Internal dc resistance is 1251 ohms left, 1256 ohms right. Very nice balance. Ive installed a new Stanton EEE III Stylus on this cartridge. Its a .3 x .7 stylus. Very clean. The stylus is new. The cartridge is used. I may have a brush for it.
