Ersatzteile für Stax SR-5 / N / Gold Kopfhörer für Halterungen der Einstellachse des Kopfhörer-Bügels Was Sie kaufen sehen Sie auf dem ersten Foto (dem Hauptfoto), davon 1 Paar, restliche Fotos siehe unten Erklärung im Text. Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren vielleicht haben sie auch einen alten STAX-Kopfhörer und kennen auch folgende Problematik?Ich hatte mittlerweile schon den 3.ten STAX SR 5 / N / Gold Kopfhörer wo sich mindestens ein Teil der Arretierungsmechanik zerlegt hat. Dieses rechteckige Plastikteil was mit 4 Schrauben/ Mutter verschraubt ist, in dem sich die Verstellachse des Bügels bewegt, das Typenschild ist ja von einer Seite drauf geklebt, hinten sieht man die Muttern. Da kam die Frage auf: Gibt es das als Ersatzteil vielleicht auch in besserer Qualität und wenn ja zum erschwinglichen Preis?Ersatzteile waren extrem teuer (habe Preise von um die 65DM gehört bzw. gesehen für eine Seite) und gibt es seit rund 25 Jahren nicht mehr!Um meine Kopfhörer zu retten habe ich mir aufwendig diese Teile herstellen lassen, zudem noch aus besserem strapazierfähigerem Material was z.B. auch im Modellbau eingesetzt wird, dort für Antriebsteile wie Zahnräder etc.Ich habe ein paar übrig, die ich hier nun anbiete für jemand der seinen tollen Kopfhörer retten will.Vor dem Kauf:Bitte messen Sie nach und verifizieren Sie vorab ob es das richtige Teil ist und auch passt!100% passen sollte es für diese Modelle, hier habe ich es selber schon ausgetauscht:Stax SR-5 und Stax SR-5 N / Gold bei nachfolgenden Modellen könnte es auch passen, da bin ich mir aber nicht sicher, habe ich keine Erfahrung bitte vorher prüfen:Stax SR-X MK3Stax SR-40Stax SR-50 Die groben Aussen-Maße sind: 36 x 25 x 5mm pro HälfteDie Achse konnte ich noch nicht genau messen, der Durchmesser beträgt ca. 5mm Von Ihren alten Teilen müssen Sie unbedingt die komplette Verschraubung, Typenschild und die kleinen kupferfarbenen Bügel-Klammern aufheben und weiterverwenden.Wenn mal eine Schraube oder Mutter fehlt bekommt man diese im Schraubenfachhandel bestimmt nach, aber bei diesen Bügel-Klammern wird es schwierig. Vorgehensweise zum Wechsel ist wie folgt:Am Besten die beiden Kopfhörerteile aushaken und beiseite legen, das man nur noch dieses Bügelgestell hat.Das Typenschild ist ein dünnes Blech und an 2 Stellen nur aufgeklebt, dieses von oben / unten vorsichtig mit geeignetem Gegenstand anheben, ablösen und entfernen.Dann kommt man an die Schrauben an und diese dann alle abschrauben, Muttern und Schrauben aufheben!Dann die beiden Kunststoffhebel vorsichtig auseinandernehmen und wie gesagt die beiden Bügelklammern (darin gleitet diese lange Achse zur Höhenverstellung) vorsichtig rausnehmen und aufheben! Dann zum Schluß die neuen Kunststoffhälften pro Seiten nehmen, Bügel-Klammern wieder richtig einsetzen, in praktisch umgekehrter Reihenfolge wieder zusammen bauen, dann würde ich erst testen ob mechanisch alles geht und passt inkl. Höhenverstellung und zum Schluß erst die beiden Typenschilder / Bleche wieder an den Punkten aufkleben, ich empfehle KEINEN Sekundenkleber zu nehmen! Der zerläuft, verklebt alles auch die Achsen und greift Kunststoff an!
