Red Sony walkman WM33 Cassette Player 1980s New never used complete RARE. An amazing survivor. Unfortunately the sponge covers on the ear phones have disintegrated and had to be discarded. Working order. Tested briefly to determine the condition. Some damage to box from storage.

Similar in size and shape to the original TPS-L2, the WM-3 was designed to be more high end, and exclusive . The EX took that to. Another level with it’s all metal silver body. This limited edition masterpiece is indeed a rare and beautiful classic piece, beautifully finished in anodised aluminum casing  comes with an original case and battery power pack but no headset or other accessories. The case is like new the condition is exceptional - super clean and near mint Walkman. Even inside it is clean and has its original battery compartment cover. There is some slight discolouration on the bottom side where the battery compartment lid is. Hard to see. And only one very slight 3mm scratch on one face which I tried to capture in the last photo. I put in batteries to test and it powers up with light and noise but no movement in any direction unfortunately. needs a service with new belts I would assume. please study the photos to see how immaculate this Walkman is and the photo's do form a part of the condition. You will be hard pressed to find a better silver WM-3, they don’t show up often, unlike the more standard black ones. Insurance is recommended on such rare items which can be invoiced at the end of sale. All my items are packed very well. Local buyers can also collect from Malvern East. Another one of may awesome and amazing listings Here is Sony's WM-30. the worlds smallest Walkman at the time. Slightly larger than a cassette tape itself. I believe that this came in a few different colours and red is the most rare. Incredibly clever design and beautifully finished in all brushed aluminum casing  comes with an original matching leather like case but over time it has shrunk slightly with age and no longer fits. the condition is exceptional - super clean and immaculate Walkman. Even inside it is clean and has its original battery compartment cover. Some very slight ware on the top edge of the clear acrylic window which I tried best to show in the last photo. Will probably polish out if you have the time. The case is not in great shape but it’s there. I put in batteries to test and it powers up with noise but no movement in any direction unfortunately. needs a service with new belts I would assume. please study the photos to see how immaculate this Walkman is and the photo's do form a part of the condition

Sony WM-3 Walkman 1 Owner from New - An American Collage Professor. It came to me with one of his lecture cassettes still in the player. Boxed with all accesories aside from one of the spare foam ear pads. The serial number on the unit matches that of the one on the packaging. Fully Working. Plays, Ffwd and Rewinds as it should although the new owner may want to change the belts. I did not want to open it. Made In Japan. This is the Original Japanese version and not the Sony of Spain produced model. Even includes the Original Walkman carrier bag from the day of purchase! This is a truly lovely collector quality piece. Please see the photos for greater detail.
