I have upgraded my projector and this is the reason I am selling my SONY VPL-HW45ES. I have hardly used this projector over the last few years. It was purchased brand new in 2016. I ran it in Eco mode. In Eco mode, you are supposed to get 6000 hours of use from the lamp, before it needs replacing. Lamp Hours: The projector shows 195 hours but I need to add 96 hours to that figure as I accidentally reset the lamp hours when looking at the settings. So the total is: 291 hours, which is nothing considering the 6000 hours you are supposed to be able to get from the lamp. I know the Lamp Hours seem too low for the age of the projector, but they are true. I only used the projector to watch one film a fortnight, but sometimes it would be a couple of months before I had time to watch another film.I also had a badly herniated disc in my back which meant I didnt use the projector for over 12 months. It comes with all the original accessories: Lens Protector, power cable, instruction booklet and remote control. All of these are in excellent condition. Non smoker. I dont have the original box for the projector and this is the reason for Collection Only.
