Dieser legendäre DAT-Recorder SONY DTC 690 hat mir in meinem Tonstudio immer treu zur Seite gestanden. Viele Schallplatten und CDs wurden damit bis zum Mastering produziert. Nun habe ich seit einigen Jahren den Betrieb des Tonstudios altersbedingt aufgegeben. Dieses Gerät habe ich aber immer noch behalten, weil es wie neu schnurrt und funktioniert. Da ich aber gemerkt habe, dass ich mir die noch zahlreich vorhandenen Master-DAT-Tapes nicht mehr anhöre sondern lieber die damit produzierten CDs, macht es Sinn, das Gerät zu verkaufen, damit es weitere gute Dienste tun kann. Die Original-Fernbedienung ist ebenfalls dabei. Es funktioniert wie ein neues Gerät, hat nur einen kleinen Schönheitsfehler: Aus irgendwelchen Gründen (die man evtl leicht beheben kann) hält die Deckklappe des Einlegefaches nicht mehr von alleine zu. Daher habe ich es einfach nach Einlegen einer DAT-Cassette mit einem Klebeband zugeklebt. Auf das Funktionieren des Gerätes hat dieser reine Schönheitsfehler  überhaupt keinen Einfluss. Die DAT-Cassette läuft nach dem Laden und Starten auch bei geöffnetem Fach. Alles wurde von mir getestet und die Maschine läuft wie es sein soll. Zum Trost für den Schönheitsfehler lege ich noch 10 DAT-Tapes dazu. Da ich den einzigen Mangel des Gerätes deutlich beschrieben habe, lehne ich eine Rücknahme nach dem Kauf ab.
