The scratch is visible but not not interfere with the display. You can notice it from up close, and you would not notice if you step back. All functional, and all manuals and documents are included. The scratch is visible but not not interfere with the display. You can notice it from up close, and you would not notice if you step back. All functional, and all manuals and documents are included. Remote control is also included and working. I am upgrading, and this receiver has been with me since I purchased it (Nov 2022).
