Long story short I purchased this 6 months ago it was sold as LIKE NEW. The seller shipped it LOOSE (NO packing material at all). I took it to a Sony repair facility, 5 months later they informed it was ready to pick up. Upon pickup I was billed $89.99 diagnostic fee, and told Sir there is nothing wrong with it, it is fully functional, other than the physical damage which is seen in the pictures.
