Sony STR-DE697 FM/AM Stereo 7.1 Surround Receiver In great working condition, from a smoke-free home. Shows some gouges, scuffs, small area of missing paint and minor scratches on the top cover. Knobs are in good shape with no or very small marks. No static from knobs or bad adjustment rates, all buttons work and click properly. Rear plastic feet are missing the rectangular rubber. Remote is in unmarked used condition and works well. Remote does not include batteries. I used this unit for component video in- and output, optical in- and output, and RCA in- and outputs, with a 5.1 setup. I did not test Digital Coaxial inputs, Surround Back banana plugs, CTRL A1 capability, S-Video outputs, composite (RCA) outputs, AM reception, or headphone output. This unit does come with the proper remote shown in the manual (RM-PP413). I did take the cover off and cleaned some dust off the circuit boards and other components. Renamed inputs save properly to internal memory. I did not find any issues with this unit during use described above, and played it at normal levels. The unit is shallow depth and fits well on lower-profile shelves. The unit also includes a 120V AC outlet in back to piggyback another device. Dimensions (From Manual): 430mm W x 157.5mm H x 312mm D or 16 7/8 mm W x 6 1/4 H x 12 1/4 D including projecting parts and controls. Please consult the manual for this unit for more details.
