This Sony STR-DE597 6.1 Ch AV Surround Sound Receiver Stereo System cosmetically is in nearly excellent condition. The issue is that the unit powers on and then goes in PROTECT mode after a few seconds then shuts off. I tried doing the factory rest on the unit but that didnt fix it. All the buttons and switches work as intended though. Unfortunately, Im not a repairman so Im not familiar with the cause of the issue. This is being sold *AS-IS*.
