Hello, and thank you for visiting my auction listing. Being offered here is a pair of Sony SS-CS5 bookshelf speakers in excellent used condition. They have been used in a non-smoking environment by a responsible adult. Though small, the 5-inch woofer packs a punch and the midrange and tweeter combine to produce a crisp, finished sound. They are powerful enough to use as a standalone in a traditional stereo system and also work well as front/main speakers in a home theater setup. Best of all they offer Sonys indisputable quality in terms of overall build. Speakers and grilles are in excellent condition with the only flaw being that one of the pegs holding the grilles on has broken off, as shown in the pictures. However the remaining three pegs work well at holding the grille to the enclosure firmly. For the winning bidder, it will be shipped quickly and carefully in a Pen and Gear box that is very similar to the original shipping carton for the speakers, and of course they will be protected by plenty of bubble wrap. US only please, and please, no PO boxes or APO/FPO. Prompt payment after auction end is greatly appreciated, and I am always available for questions.

The Sony SSCS5s has received rave reviews all over the internet. Now is your chance to own a like new pair for a deep discount. Regular retail is 198.00 but they are on sale often for 148.00 on Amazon. I purchased them from Amazon in December 2023. I used them for about 2 weeks, but they didnt work for my desired application.
