Sony Betamax SL-2000 Recorder, TT-2000 Tuner Timer, Powers On The TT-2000 Tuner powers on, but these are otherwise untested and are being sold as is. They are used and are in the original boxes. The manual for the TT-2000 Tuner will be included, but not the manual for the SL-2000 Recorder. Please refer to the photos for their condition. Ill be happy to provide more pictures if necessary. This remote has been completely taken a part fixed a thorough cleaned and tested. See last 7 pictures to get an idea of the work that was done -battery terminals are clean with zero battery acid deoxIT solution applied -button membrane thoroughly washed to remove all the dust and gunk build up from years.of use -button membrane carbon contacts were wasted away after years of use and werent making a great connection. To fix this Caikote44 carbon/silver button membrane coating was applied to renew the contacts amd now all buttons work as they should. -Solder joints were reflowed -Internal rust and oxidation were removed and cleaned -all the contacts were finished off with DeoxIT electronics cleaning solution to ensure perfect electric continuity and for any future oxidation prevention

This Betacam setup has been tested and plays back like it should. Its in well-used cosmetic condition; the tuner/timer/power supply unit has more wear than the recorder half. The door on top of it has broken off but itll be hidden by the recorder when in use. Also comes with the three pieces of documentation pictured: the manuals for each item and a brochure on the wonders of portable video, a novel concept. Comes with a car battery cord, and a remote which is missing its IR window, neither of which we have tested.
