Like new Sony SEQ-210 equalizer. Not really something people use a lot now like in the past. BUT I didnt use it primarily for an equalizer. I used it to add two tape monitor loops to a Fisher receiver that had only one tape monitor. Of course played with the EQ features. Doing so was secondary. All lights work as can see in the pictures. I do not ship internationally nor to Hawaii or Alaska. Reasonable offers will be considered.
