Unit turns on and appears to be working. Accepted a tape I had sitting around. Appeared to be trying to play it. Ejected it without problems. Display is a little dim, unsure if adjustable. Tope has scratches which someone touched up with a marker. Has a ding to one of the wood corners. Will include the SONY tape, which is new.
