Turns on but can’t get the door to open. When you plug the hdmi in it turns on and shows Home Screen on TV. Sold as is for parts with no returns.

Unit was fully tested and the issue is that the motor that spins the dvd once the dvd is in the disc player just makes a loud noise and doesn’t spin the disc. This will need a new disc spinning motor. Should be a cheap part. Everything else works fine and the rest of the rubber bands look like they were replaced before. Also plastic view window on the sliding door is a bit loose but may just need to be popped back in Sold for parts as is not fully working
