Item Condition I (the owner) am by no means an expert on many of the items that are listed, so unless an item is specifically stated as being graded by a professional grading company, all item conditions are based on my judgement, research, comparison and common sense. “Buy It Now” Pricing We set our listings in at a fair price based on item research and comparison. Most of our items listed are open to negotiation, even if there is no “BEST OFFER” option, so don’t hesitate to email us if you are interested. We will entertain any “best offer” and will almost never refuse one that is reasonable. Photography I (the owner) only use pictures I or my husband take ourselves. We NEVER use stock photos unless something is brand new in the box and a stock photo would give you a better idea of what it looks like. What you see is exactly what I will ship to you. The one exception is if I have more than one of the same items for sale and the descriptions and conditions are so similar that taking pictures of each one would be pointless. Domestic Shipping Please do not complain to us about the cost of shipping; we also feel your pain on this subject. We enter the exact weight of the item, then add one pound to allow for the weight of the box and packing material. Unfortunately, USPS, UPS and FedEx have raised rates for 2023, so shipping is not getting any cheaper. We cant help that; take it up with the carrier. Normally, we will ship your item within a couple hours of receiving payment or the next morning if the auction ends late. We also combine shipping when possible. We try to ship USPS Priority when we can because we save money by getting the boxes for free and oftentimes the shipping cost is only a few cents more than Economy or First Class and you will get your item faster. Please be aware that on items where we offer FREE SHIPPING, the shipping method and carrier is OUR CHOICE. International Shipping International buyers are responsible for all Duties and Customs Fees associated with the receiving of purchased items. These fees are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, international shipping is often quite expensive, we cant help that. Refunds & Returns Our merchandise is often antique or vintage and is sold “AS IS”, because many items of that age will often have some defects and/or flaws and we typically do not offer refunds. I am an honest and reasonable person and I run an honest company, but “AS IS” means exactly that...the photographs and description tell the story. However, if you wish to return an item because of our fault (misleading description, forgot to mention testing or condition, damage not photographed, etc.), Please contact me promptly and we will get the problem resolved whether via refund, exchange, or discount. When returning an item for refund, please be aware that you will be refunded the original purchase price only. If an item needs to be returned, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
