Sony Betamax SL-HF950 SUPER BETA HI FI VIDEO RECORDER PAL SPARES OR REPAIRS ONLY. Powers on, transport functions work with a little noise when “tape inside detection” is pushed down (see video). Unable to tune a clear test signal on my old Grundig CRT, therefore please assume it’s faulty & only useful for spares or as a man cave prop. Some signs of rust bubbling under the paintwork & on the bottom plus the expected scratches & marks for its age. Transit screws will be secured for transport. It passes through to the TV in colour via scart. But the recordings are B&W when played back. The machine does record in colour fine from the RF input though. See the screengrabs of Sonic the Hedgehog - colour is an RF recording, B&W is composite.The LED VU meters are not fully working.Please note that I am not an expert on these machines, so there could be other faults that I havent found - so sold as spares / repairs / parts.Will be well packaged - double boxed with transport screws in place.

Il videoregistratore è un cimelio dellanno 1985, un pezzo professionale di alta fascia made in Japan, il top gamma degli scorsi decenni, con tecnologia Super Beta sistema PAL e SECAM, e audio Hi-Fi Stereo. Loggetto è in ottime condizioni estetiche per la sua età, testato e perfettamente funzionante in tutto e per tutto, meccanicamente come nuovo. Includo inoltre un cavo scart/rca per il collegamento dellapparecchio alla tv. Ottimo per effettuare riversamenti e salvataggio in digitale o semplicemente per rivedervi le vostre vecchie videocassette.
