***PLEASE READ*** Purchased this unit from bhphotovideo.com in 2021 for $1800, used it regularly about 2 hours a day, and in the past few months its been shutting off on its own. Spoke with Lazers Edge @ Champaign, IL, an Epson dealer, @217-359-8700. You will need to ship this unit to Epson @ Plainfield, IN to get the main board replaced, which is $400 flat fee. This board had an issue when hitting power the Sony logo would show up, it would stay there about 20-30 seconds and restart and repeat cycle one more time. After the second time it would blink red 8 times. Likely a EMMC corruption. This board has not had any repair attempts I simply replaced it. This is for parts, no returns. Thanks!
