Sony CDP-337ESD CD Player, serviced, Non oversampling (NOS) & Superclocked This CDP has been a labour of love for 4 years but Im now just not listening to CDs as much as I did. Its a stunning player with the greatest transport mech that Sony ever made - the mighty KSS-190A! As a CD transport alone it is fantastic, as is the built in TDA1541 player. It is fitting with a NOS module in place of the oversampling chip, but the original CXD11444 will be included. There are many other mods, the Superclock with a pair of Blackgate capacitors on its power supply, Audio note Kaisei capacitors on the DAC chip power supplies and output OpAmps, Russian K73-11 capacitors on the DAC and as output coupling caps.. The list goes on. If the NOS sound is for you then I think you will likely struggle to find anything better. Casework is unmarked, one small blemish on the remote. Happy bidding
