It makes a very slight clicking noise when it circulates - no idea why. Therefore it is sold as seen as spares repairs with strictly no returns when sold. For sale is this great SONY PS-212A Direct Drive Automatic Turntable. For its age I would class this deck as being in a good, used condition with some marks, scuffs, scratches and wear. This is mainly near the front edge (on the chrome, under the decks name and model number). The perspex cover does have some chips, cracks and scratches. Please check out all the pictures as these make up a large part of the description and show the condition well. Really is a great sounding deck and plays nice and quietly. When playing 12 records at 33RPM it plays perfectly and maintains speed as it should but at 45RPM (for 7 and 10 discs) it could be a little jittery and jump around then need a little adjustment to the pitch dial to sort it. It would then maintain fine once sorted. So if you only listen to LPs at 33RPM you will be fine but if you listen to 45s the pitch adjust may well need a clean out to rectify this as this appears to be the problem. Have a Google for full details and spec. Comes as pictured with attached power cable, earth and RCA leads.Really not wanting to ship this so it for collection only, I am in Lingwood near Norwich.
