This is a brand new, unopened remote. I had an issue with mine and Sofabaton sent me a replacement. However they have since released the new X1S so instead of setting up this one I plan to just upgrade to the new model. Die eigentliche Steuerung der Geräte erfolgt über Infrarot, Bluetooth oder WLAN durch den Hub.
