Refoamed and in good working order! This was just pulled from a Heybrook HB1- it sounds great, and has no issues! It does have a small indented spot on the cone, but there are no holes or tears. High end, high resolution audiophile speakers, each floor standing cabinet (left and right) consists of an upper midrange/trebel speaker system that sits atop the subwoofer system below. total dimensions of each speaker, including top and bottom cabinets is 13D, 24 wide, and 48 tall. These speakers are fully functional and sound great. However, if you further wanted to maintain the performance of the speakers in the future, you might consider re-coning the wofers in the lower units as i have been using (but never abusing) them for 10 years, hooked up to tube electronics. I would keep them but i just dont have room in my new living quarters which i am moving to for such large floorstanding speakers. They can create truly concert hall sound. Includes combining cables to hook between top and lower cabinets and internal crossover electronics. Without the interconnecting cables, The speakes can also be bi-amped. Cannot ship as i dont have transportation to take these speakers to greyhound and the cost of shipping these speakers is double the price i am asking, so LOCAL PICKUP ONLY. The are packed in cardboard boxes which are sufficient for local moves only. The cabinets are exotic brazilian forest wood with very few blemishes.

Snell QBX 25 Black Tower Speakers. While Snell is no longer operating, their speakers stand the test of time. Check out the photo with all the specs for more information about them. These function beautifully and deliver extraordinary sound. Only selling them because they dont fit well in my current space. Some minor damage to the black oak, noted in the photos. These are purely cosmetic and would be easy to hide. Heres just one online review of these speakers: My God! These are the speakers that will make you curl up on the floor and cry Mommy!!I picked up a pair of QBx 25s last week and am absolutely impressed. They are very neutral sounding, and the imaging is incredible. If there are speakers in this price range that dont require a center channel, these are them.They are slightly warm by some standards. I like that. Theyre in a medium-sized room with a hardwood floor, big window, and sparse furniture, so a lot of the high-end speakers I auditioned were bright and lively to the point of harshness. Seriously considered the Paradigm Studio 80s but preferred the smoother sound (and looks) of the Snells.These are apparently brand new from Snell. I am also a fan of their .5 series; if I had a much bigger room and $600 extra I may have bought those instead. These dont have rear-firing tweeters like the .5 series, and are a bit smaller.I listen to acoustic jazz, jazz/classical piano, some rock and techno. They really shine with piano, string instruments, vocals, and even horns. If I buy a sub it will be for movies.
