In very good used unmarked condition and perfect working order. This DAC actually shocked me when I bought it, as it saw off a DAC which cost me over £3500 with complete ease. As I am a hi-fi reviewer, I do not say that lightly at all. The sound is sublime, with mountains of definition and detail, without sounding splashy or bright. It has been a joy to own and I am only selling it because the pre-amp I have recently bought has a DAC built in. It has no marks at all on the case and included is a remote control handset and power cord.
