Ein Paar Celestion SL 600 Lautsprecher, mit umfangreichem Service. Die Lautsprecher waren 2017 beim britischen Celestion Experten (carpwrangler) für eine gründliche innere Überarbeitung. Im Zuge dessen wurden die Lautsprecherchassis und Weichen geprüft, einige Kondensatoren wo nötig mit NOS Alcap ersetzt, sowie die Kupferkalotten der Hochtöner gereinigt. Weiterhin wurde der Dämmschaumstoff mit gut erhaltenem Originalschaumstoff ausgetauscht, die auch nicht mehr frische Innenverkabelung mit hochwertigem, korrektem Neotech Upocc 7N Reinkupferleiter PTFE ersetzt, das Gehäuse neu abgedichtet, etc.. Auf eine Neulackierung, welche angeboten wurde, hatte ich verzichtet, weil ich den optischen Originalzustand erhalten wollte; entsprechend hat das Äussere einige Macken und Putzspuren, ist aber generell sauber mit etwas Patina, s. Bilder. Ich verkaufe diese SL600 nur, weil ich noch ein weiteres Paar besitze, ebenfalls überholt, das ich in meiner Anlage benutze.Das angebotene Lautsprecherpaar ist daher seit dem Service nur selten gelaufen; die einwandfreie Funktion wurde geprüft. Celestion SL600Si with sturdy metal stands. Ive cleaned them up and painted in the front driver/tweeter mounting plates. The stands were also painted in black. Very accurate but analytical almost clinical speakers in my opinion... These speakers need lots of current. Consecutive Serial Numbers: 732494 & 732495. Collection from Chalfont St Peter. Unique cabinets fabricated from a 0.5-thick, Aerolam (aluminum-honeycomb) aircraft flooring material. While low in mass, thus minimizing energy storage, it is sufficiently stiff enough for the resonances of its panels to be pushed almost two octaves higher in frequency than with a conventional wooden cabinet. Awesome sounding pair of Celestion SL600 Aerolam Speakers. If you know speakers or have been shopping then youll appreciate these being rare and hard to find because of their sound quality. Ive owned these for 5 years and ran them with an ADCOM GCD-750 CD Player through my ADCOM GFP-750 Pre-amp and ADCOM GFA-585 Limited Power-amp.The outside of the speakers are rough, dented (prior to me owning) on the back corners upper and lower. There are numerous scratches and the coating is tough to clean. The sticker on one of the back jacks is rough because of the glue holding it in place so please look at all pics.
