As you can/will see in the photos, there are some scuff marks. You will need two pieces of software either for PC or Mac called Kazoo, and Kazoo Server. Kazoo controls all functions of the Linn DS, while Kazoo Server is used separately. Both are available as downloads for Mac or Windows. There is also, for iOS users, a Linn app used to control the DS from your iPhone or iPad. You will also need a hardwired ethernet connection. This is an excellent streamer, and the only reason I am selling it is because I would like something more modern and something that is a one-box solution, specifically a Lumin M1.

The Lumin D2 is a fantastic streamer, offering Roon Ready connection as well as UPnP, Spotify connect and Airplay. It can also be used with the Lumin app, which provides native support for Tidal, Qobuz and TuneIn Radio. It features MQA support as well as support for PCM files up to 384KHz and DSD up to DSD128. I have been using it as a Roon Ready device and, as with all Lumin gear, the D2 is completely rock solid with Roon and continues to receive firmware updates as needed.
