I am selling this vintage JVC KD-W110B dual cassette deck on behalf of a friend, who has to clear a relative’s estate. The Serial Number is 11960346. I would much prefer collection from myself in north Birmingham, B24 (close to Jn 6 of the M6) and I would be able to demo the unit working The KD-W110B is a dual cassette deck manufactured by the JVC Corporation during the 1980s. It is a well-appointed deck,with tape selection (Metal; CR02; Normal) and double-speed function; it also has headphone and MIC input facilities. It has a silver matt finish and is a well-appointed hi-fi deck which has the ability to dub a second tape from a recording and also to play tapes in series for continuous play. It is in good working order and good cosmetic condition -there are a few scratches on the top of the unit but these do don’t really detract from the very presentable condition. The photos show the features and also, the deck working, as seen by the green LED volume indicators in operation. I have checked over the unit operationally, valeted it, and also treated the heads to cleaning, with both a TDK-HCL-11 tape head cleaner and TDK HD-01 Head Demagnetiser (these maintenance items are not included in the sale). I’ve played tapes and recorded new input signal and all appears OK. The rewind functions are also operational.
