This is the legendary and tragically discontinued Shure V15VxMR cartridge with a genuine Shure replacement stylus. Hours are unknown, but it was installed on a properly set up VPI Classic turntable and used with high quality vinyl. It tracked and played perfectly before being put back in its original packaging. For sale is used Shure V15 Type V VN5G spherical (conical) stylus with beryllium cantilever, fitting the V15-V and VST-V cartridges in VN5MR case in excellent condition. It is a nude mounted conical tracking at 1 gram-1/2 grams tracking force. It was a very rarely bought stylus option from Shure. Most of the VN5Gs were used in classical and jazz radio stations. It has up to 5 hours on it, practically new. Please view provided pictures.
