SHURE VN478E Stylus For V15 Type V Cartridge .0023 mils Elliptical Diamond. This is a very well taken care of stylus. I have taken pictures under a digital microscope for you to view the diamond. If youre a 78-record collector, then you know there no one size fits all stylus for 78s. This is great sounding stylus. This was used strictly on higher quality 78s that played better with the .0023 size stylus. This was put into service on 10/27/2001. This is for a Shure V15 Type V cartridge, if you have questions, please ask.

Plugged in the turntable, and the table doesnt spin. The start and stop switch moves easily, and so does the record size switch. The speed switch doesnt want to move, and Ive heard that forcing it to move would break it, so I havent bothered to try and move it. The casing has some light cosmetic wear, some hairlines, and a couple of feelable scratches on the plastic portion of the lid. The insides appear to be clean. The stylus has been tested on another system and sounds excellent, and appears to have not been used very much. Sold as is for parts or repair. Might be an easy fix, Im not very knowledgeable on repairing these turntables, so I dont feel confident attempting to figure it out myself.
